"A royal offering of Osiris lord of Djedu, Khentyimentu, great god, lord of Abydos, and Wepwawet lord of the sacred land, and the gods who are in Abydos, that they may give a voice offering of bread, beer, oxen, and fowl for the spirit of the revered one, the sculptor Userwer. I say: O living ones upon the earth, those who shall pass by this tomb, as you love and you praise your gods, may you say a thousand of bread and beer a thousand of ox and fowl, a thousand of alabaster and linen, a thousand offerings and provisions in the presence of the procession of Osiris.

For the revered one, the sculptor Userwer, born of Satnebniut. His wife, Satdepetnetjer. His son Seneferuweser and his wife Satameni. His father, Senkhensu, born of Satseri, and his wife Satnebniut. His son Horuser. His daughter Satwedja, his daughter Satseri, his daughter Imery his daughter Ankhyt, and his daughter Satnebniut. His father Userwer and his male relative Nebniut."
